This is my fish deck and I wanted to summarize what's going on in this deck as best as I can.

Note: Yugioh online 3 ban list has Rescue cat allowed, heavy storm allowed, substitoad at 1, brain control banned, and a few other twists that make the game a LOT different then real life.

Ok First things first, I wanna talk about the card that starts the whole crazy combo up, it's called Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth

Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon as many Level 4 or lower Fish-Type monsters as possible from your Deck. A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot declare an attack and its effect(s) is negated while on the field. If this card is targeted by a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's effect, you can Tribute 1 other Fish-Type monster to negate the effect and destroy that card.

When you use this card's effect try to have all your other monster card spaces open. So you get to special summon 4 fish from your deck. The choices you select are the following:

x1 Fishborg blaster

x1 Abyssal Kingshark

x1 Oyster Miester

x1 Ocean's keeper

So, now you have all that on the field, the first thing you want to do, is synchro to Gungnir , it's a level 7, so you tune together Fishborg(1) + Oyster Miester(3) + Ocean's keeper(3) for Gungnir Dragon of the ice barrier, destroy their monster by discarding a card, then use your last 1 or 2 cards for fish borg blaster.

Your field should look like this after you summon Gungnir:

x1 Superancient Deepsea king Coelacanth

x1 Oyster Token

x1 Gungnir Dragon of the ice barrier

x1 Abyssal kingshark

Well, since you have a Level 3 or lower water monster on the field (oyster token) you can now discard one of the last cards in your hand to get fishborg back, then synchro your Fishborg (1) + token (1) + Abyssal kingshark (4) for Goyo guardian 2800 atk!

Your field will be:

x1 Goyo guardian ( 2800atk )

x1 Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth ( 2800 atk )

x1 Gungnir Dragon of the ice barrier ( 2500atk )

that's 8,100 lifepoint dmg enough for game !!!

That's how the superancient works.

Well the edits to the deck will be my next post, I'll show you guys how to adapt formula synchron, Glow-up bulb, Shooting star Dragon and more into this deck, and I'll show you different ways you can otk them without doing the same combo over and over, because with this deck you have options, also, you don't always need the mega fish to win, but if you summon him you auto-win if you don't get Solemn judgmented/Solemn warninged.

I Hope you enjoyed this and learned something :) , I'll write the next part of the fish combos tomorrow, see you youtube!

What's good youtube

IamKevinSilva Busting it with a new update.

you know, someone I've never met before came to my channel claiming I wouldn't give the 3 pot of dualities as a prize, I take that very offensively, and I just wanna let you guys know that you WILL GET THE 3 DUALITIES IF you win of course, the current winner right now is trying really hard to stay in first, but other people are quickly catching up, anyways, Good luck, there's officially only a Month left on my contest but it's anyone's game.

Also, I have a new deck I'm working on, it's a Fish style deck, and it can make shooting star dragon quite easily, once I get the cards I will post up a video of how it works, go into deep detail on what I'll use and why, and hopefully win some regionals with it, as for my YCS Deck, it's still unknown at this point, but since the new Six Samurai cards will be allowed, I'm going to have to consider that in all my thoughts, as well as X-saber, Debris plants, Infernities, Antimeta, Gravekeepers, etc.

So I just wanna say thanks for reading this and stay close to my blog and my youtube channel for updates!!!

Consistancy or More outs, New Pack talk

Some people make their deck to have advantage all the time, that isn't always great. Sometimes, you may have advantage but your whole hand can't answer to certain cards such as goyo guardian, brionac dragon of the ice barrier, or judgment dragon. When building decks, be sure you can have advantage but have an out to any monster that is coming your way, always have a backup dark hole or smashing ground in hand just in case you lose field control. People who run more outs to cards are usually the ones that end up topping events more simply because they don't rely on advantage to win and when they do get advantage it doesn't necessarily mean they are winning. With the upcoming set Storm of the Ragnarok, this set will prove advantage is not the key in yugioh anymore! With six samurai cards to bust people in, we will see a flurry of summons come out from both players. Here are some new six samurai cards to read
Legendary Six Samurai- Kiazn

If you control a face-up "Six Samurai" monster, except "True Six Samurai - Kizan", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. While you control 2 or more other face-up "Six Samurai" monsters, this card gains 300 ATK and DEF.

Legendary Six Samurai-Kageki

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Six Samurai" monster from your hand. While you control another face-up "Six Samurai" monster with a different name, this card gains 1500 ATK.

Legendary Six Samurai- Shinai

If you control a face-up "Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Tributed, select and add 1 "Six Samurai" monster from your Graveyard to your hand, except "Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai".

Legendary Six Samurai- Mizuho

If you control a face-up "Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 "Six Samurai" monster, except this card, to destroy 1 card on the field.

Legendary Six Samurai- Shien

1 Warrior-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Six Samurai" monsters
Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, you can negate the activation of that card and destroy it. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can destroy another "Six Samurai" monster you control instead.

These are just some of the many new Six Samurai monsters that will be Legal for YCS Arlington Texas which is on February 12th and 13th of 2011.

Reading the opponet

As most of you know, recently at YCS Atlanta I got top 16 with an Eatos macro deck, with out of the ordinary techs such as "Karakuri Ninja MDL 339 Sazank" and "Zoma the Spirit". It takes a lot more then just playing the cards right, because when it comes right down too it, you only play the cards right if you can read your opponet right. When making decisions during the YCS, I had to consider all of the options my opponet could have done the next turn, or possibly think up to 3 turns ahead, so the decisions I made were to put the opponet in such a disposition, they start wasting their cards trying to defend their life points rather then go for advantage. One of my favorite plays at YCS Atlanta was in round 7 against the opponet Ethan Wilson who was playing blackwings, we were on game 2(I had won game 1), he was at 600lifepoints and his field consisted of Cyber Dragon a Face down monster, 1 card to his backrow and 1 card in his hand, he had already used 2 icarus attack so I was 70% certain he did not have another, I had zoma the spirit face down along with 2 cards in my hand, when he flipped up his bora and declared an attack I flipped up zoma the spirit, when I explained to him the effect that he would take all the attack of his monster to his lifepoints, he switched the cyber dragon to defense mode, putting me a Great position on destroying cyber dragon and coming back to win that game, it was back and forth and I evantually came out of the situation for a 2-0 victory, but where I'm getting at with this is, you have to think what they could possibly do, if he would have used Kalut the moon shadow when I attacked his bora the spear, then I win the game, so it's a win-win situation unless he uses icarus attack to destroy his cyber dragon and my zoma, which was completely fine with me. Reading Blackwing decks is fairly easy, but when it comes to debris plants, there are more factors you have to add in, such as "Have they used Spore, Glowup bulb, or Pot of avarice?". Against X-sabers, you simply make sure they can't do big Faultroll plays, otherwise your in a really bad spot. During my next post, I will discuss my opponets at YCS Atlanta, and explain how each game went! Thanks for reading this, IamKevinSilva Outta here!
